  • Once your new gray trash container is delivered, you will have 30 calendar days to make any adjustments to your service level.

Instructions:

Look up your property’s estimated delivery date for your new gray trash, light blue recycling and, if applicable, organic waste recycling containers.

Search your property using one of the following:
  1. Look up the main site address of the property.
  2. Look up the APN of the property.
  3. Use the “Current Location” button or zoom in on the map to search for your property.

Why Is My Address Not Shown?

  • Try using the map. Sometimes the City's records have addresses in different formats than the postal service.
  • Do you have a HOA where you live, or do you live in a multi-unit building? You may get service from a private company.
