Upon approval, containers may also be picked up at no cost by visiting Environmental Services Department, Collection Services facility at 8353 Miramar Place Mon – Fri 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

NOTE – Upon approval, container and delivery fees may be waived for customers impacted by the flood. Delivery will be expedited and occur as soon as we can safely deliver to the street.

If picking up a container from the Miramar Place facility, please note:

1. Anyone conducting business at the Miramar Place facility must wear a face covering.
2. Residents wishing to obtain a new or replacement refuse or recycling container are asked to conduct their transactions online and bring a copy of their receipt of payment. There will be no cash or check transactions conducted at the facility.
3. Persons entering the Miramar Place facility will be directed by onsite personnel and must remain in or at their vehicle until provided instructions.
4. Due to the backlog of residents wishing to obtain new or replacement containers, there may be significant delays at the Miramar Place facility.
