Description: Vehicle parked on the south side of University Avenue close to the southwest corner of University and 54th Street. Appears to be occupied there is a large amount of food trash a children's writing card scooter shopping cart filled with trash and garbage. This is prime for breeding ground for rats. This is a second time I've reported this and there has been no change. There are clothes hanging off of the window, please help us rise our neighborhood up, we deserve better than this.m
