Description: Homeless woman at the corner of only and Pacific Beach Drive, right near Campland, has been there all day going through her belongings. I think she needs help. I’ve checked in on her throughout the day. Brought her water, a blanket, sunscreen, and helped her dispose of her trash. She says there is a woman named Lisa Burroughs. I don’t know the spelling who is her Aunt. I spoke with nonemergent services and they suggested I submitted here
