Description:The syncing with Traffic lights exiting the freeway as well as light on imperial Avenue to enter freeway are off. They are not sync with each other. There's always a long line because 1 light has turned green but the other is still red and causes traffic to back up. The light on the bridge heading east on imperial ave to enter the 805 north (making a left into freeway) is always red when the light before that is green
