Description:
Homeless individuals have been using the women's restroom 2nd flor for a few months, washing with loads of water and paper towels over the floor, because the landlord of this business building did not fix the lock broken by a tenant, and another tenant is propping the back door open continuously. Now homeless have begun sleeping outside the front of the building. Most tenants here have moved out as the building will be torn down early 2023. I am afraid to use the restroom on this 2nd floor, and to enter the building from the front when they are sleeping there. One is there now.
