Description:
The City has a street sweeper coming down Rancho Carmel Drive usually between Midnight and 2am. I understand Rancho Carmel Drive is a main thoroughfare, however there are also single family homes directly on that road in a neighborhood called Cambridge. I've actually had him right behind my house at 2am taking a break, lights flashing directly into my bedroom for 30 minutes. Please find a different time to sweep the street. You're waking up people trying to sleep, babies trying to sleep and it seriously pisses off my German Shepherd. Thanks
